January 2010 : Impulse Geophysics had developed and introduced a video system tailored to the location and monitoring of potholes. This system is being rolled out to local authorities around England in the first and second quarter 2010 |
February 2010 : Doncaster City Council have chosen Impulse Geophysics to video survey their whole road network with the aim to have a Doncaster CC team to extract their video inventory and populate their GIS system. |
September 2009: Shropshire County Council's A, B and C class roads have been surveyed using the latest HD digital video system. The inventory will be extracted using Impulse Geophysics in-house bureau service. August 2009 : Bristol City Council have awarded Impulse Geophysics a Digital Video survey of all road classes. Impulse Geophysics will supply all necessary software for Bristol CC to extract their own asset inventory. |
February 2010 : Impulse Geophysics, building on their continued success, have added a further MCC Smart Car to their existing fleet of six Digital Video survey vehicles. Impulse Geophysics operates the largest fleet of dedicated Digital Video survey vehicles in the UK. Impulse Geophysics operates an ethical vehicles procurement policy. |
December 2009 : Enterprise Mouchel have commissioned Impulse Geophysics to survey their Area 3 MAC with both digital video and high speed impulse radar. In total over 2000kms of lane will be surveyed. |

April 2010 : Due to high demand Impulse Geophysics has been forced to add a further two vehicles to their fleet. Two Peugeot Bipper vans have been commissioned for multiview digital video and will be fully operational in May 2010. Up to eight cameras can be implemented on one vehicle. |
